I am a molecular anthropologist, specialized in taste and nutrition 

I was made in Italy but my itchy feet led me to Ireland, the United States, Germany and the UK, working in some of the best universities, research centers, and food companies  

I have 10+ years of experience spanning research, new product development & (re)formulation, nutrition & health claims, approval of new foods, science writing, and public speaking

With a BSc, a MSc, a PhD, 40+ publications that reached 1000+ citations, 1 book chapter, and 2 patents, I have built up a transversal knowledge in biology, clinical nutrition, food sciences, and taste


I also love to tell stories ​​​​

Avid reader since I can remember, my passion for writing has taken many shapes: short fiction stories, a novel, popular science books and articles, songs which I try my best to sing. I write in both English and Italian
